Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to plating processing a variety of circuit boards to obtain multiple finishes for electrical conductivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All equipment, tools and work space in the Plating Department should be cleaned, maintained, and used properly
Prepare tanks by removing residue, checking anodes, and making necessary additions.
Setting proper temperatures and cycle times.
Prepare the surface of the board through various cleaning processes.
Verify quality requirements to finished product.
Operator may be trained on the following processes as deemed necessary: Black Oxide, Deburr,
Desmear/Electroless Copper, Pattern Plating, Nickel/Gold, Black Hole, Etchers, Silver and Resist
Strip.
Performs other duties as necessary or as requested by production management
Must attend work in a timely manner (on schedule); when unable to work on time, must call
Attendance Line and supervisor/manager
Working extended hours when required
Use equipment safely

QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma is required
