Warehouse Associate

Manufacturing experience preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

Application of specialty products using established finishing techniques
Product tinting and color control
Quality control Ensure finished products match established standards
Manage inventories of raw materials and finished products
Cross train team members Packaging
Shipping & Receiving for the process
Cleanup and daily housekeeping responsibilities
Ensure mixing equipment is running smoothly, within tolerance.
Perform line change overs and simple-to-moderate equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
Knows, understands, and adheres to all occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
Experience in ISO-9000 & ISO-14000 QM/EM systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, focusing on building coatings systems.
    Hands-on experience in paint, plaster, stucco and/or drywall application.

Experience in MIXING BATCHES ( BATTER, CHEMICALS, PAINT, ETC) is a PLUS

Work Environment:
Position is in a manufacturing and warehousing environment, requires heavy sustained lifting and standing.
Requires the use of safety equipment as dictated by the work area such as, but not limited to, safety glasses and shoes, respirators, face shields, gloves, aprons.
Work is almost exclusively inside and ambient conditions can be hot or cold depending on the season.
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, and occasionally to airborne particulates.

Pay and shift:

  • $18.00 hourly as a temporary employee. $20.00 hourly once hired permanently.

  • Monday- Friday and some Saturdays. 7:00 a.m. to 3:30pm. Overtime may be required,
