What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.

Maintain and update customer accounts, including billing, shipping, and warranty details.

Collaborate with your team and leadership to improve the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus).

Solid and reliable work history.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A patient, positive, and professional approach to customer interactions.

Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
