Job Description
Total home cleaning service in Greenville, SC is the market for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
Hours: 8am-5pm (Monday – Friday)
Pay: $30.00
NOTE: Client does not offer benefits; however, this would be a direct hire position.
Receptionist/Customer Service Representative – This person must be able to bring business to this client/Inside or Outside Sales background would be a PLUS!

Greet Customers

Good verbal and written skills

Filing Invoices for Rugs/Pulling Invoices

Input customer info into Pest Pack
-
Calling/Texting customers for Rug Pick up and deliveries as well as Appointment reminders.

Payments/Check, Cash, Credit and Debit cards
-
Provide accurate Info to customers (Pricing) and be informative on all the different services we provide.

Schedule Appointments in red books and Pest Pack
-
Schedule Pick up and Deliveries.

Schedule Estimates
-
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy/organization is a MUST and be able to MULTITASK.

Good communication skills

Good Phone Etiquette

Good mathematical skills with measurements
