Assembler/Carpentry- Ellenwood, GA
Job Description
Job Summary:
Assembles pre-cut components into completed solid surface countertops and commercial grade cabinets, store or restaurant fixtures. Performs repetitive assembly line operations.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM. *Some Saturdays are Required Overtime*
$18.00/HR
Major Responsibilities:

Perform assembly-type functions to produce cabinets, and/or countertops, using hand or power tools, in order to meet daily production objectives.

Perform a wide array of carpenter related skills and tasks throughout the production cycle.

Operate a variety of different equipment, including saws and hand tools, needed to perform the job.

Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Lead, or Production Manger.

Complete daily production goals as directed by Production Supervisor or Production Lead

Required to follow all company Safety Rules and Procedures. (including but not limited to PPE)

Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance to the assigned schedule provided.

Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs)

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED preferred.

A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Hand or Power tools.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs required.

Previous knowledge of tape measure, math, and use of hand or power tools required.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and complete a wide variety of carpentry and assembler tasks.

Ability to work mandatory overtime and weekends required.
