Auto System Technician
Job Description
Chase Staffing is currently hiring an Auto System Technician in the White, GA area. This position is responsible for front end automated system processes including cleaning and troubleshooting of basic machine faults. Keeps lines stocked with material needed to run production. Ensures appropriate material handling procedures are being used and followed. Ability to work quickly to maintain high production levels and know when to escalate problems within their area to line supervisors. Performs assigned job functions while maintaining high standards in the areas of safety, quality and production.
Swing Shift: 6:00am – 6:30pm OR 6:00pm – 6:30am
Schedule: two days on, two days off
Pay rate: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components.
- Work with material and team coordinators, operators and techs concerning any special
- needs or request.
- Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
- Quickly address machine faults and alarms and resolve them quickly.
- Report any issues requiring a technician to the line supervisor.
- Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
- Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
- Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
- Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction
- Able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours
