About the Role:

A leading distribution/manufacturing company in Hiram, GA is seeking a dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position — not remote or hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and fax.

• Accurately process and track orders in the system.

• Investigate and resolve shipping, billing, and order issues promptly.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Lead or assist a small team of customer service representatives when needed.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness in all communications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of customer service or call center experience required.

• At least 3 years in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.

• Excellent bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English).

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Professional and customer-focused demeanor.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
