Bilingual Receptionist (Morrow GA)
Job Description
Chase Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay Range: $16-22/hr (Based on Experience) **For candidates with HR experience pay could be up to 22/hr**
Responsibilities:

Welcomes guests, ensures they complete visitor log and assigns entry badges.

Ensures to collect badges at end of visits and maintains accuracy of visitor log.

Answers phones and redirects calls as needed.

Maintains outgoing mail, distributes incoming mail as needed.

Collects supplies orders for the A/P resource for ordering.

Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

Creates posters, announcements and invites to employee events.

Enters piece pay earnings daily and calculates weekly totals in Access.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Must be fluent in both SPANISH and ENGLISH

Must be proficient with administrative skills
