Job Title: Bilingual Forklift Operator (Manufacturing)
Must be able to communicate in Spanish fluently
Location: West Atlanta Area (Lithia Springs, Fulton Industrial, Austell, Mableton)
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Plus mandatory Friday overtime as needed )
2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-1030pm Shipping department
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Bilingual (Spanish) Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of production by moving raw materials and finished goods safely throughout the facility. Because we operate across multiple local sites, candidates must have dependable transportation to work at any of our West Atlanta locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stack materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2nd shift is Cherry Picker
Manually lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and pull orders for shipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
Language: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Physical: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) consistently throughout the shift.
Safety: Must own and wear steel-toe boots daily.
Compliance: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to commute between locations in Lithia Springs, Fulton Industrial, Austell, and Mableton.
Availability: Must be able to work the 4/10 schedule and commit to overtime on Fridays as needed.
