*Reviews works orders and collects pertinent information in order to accurately process payment to the technician and the invoice to the customer, within quoted margin expectations
*Check out technicians through queue, confirming time onsite, possible out of scope and /or materials supplied
*Prepares customer invoices for approved work orders on a timely basis
*Prepares payments for approved time and supplied materials
*Interface with project staff to secure missing information
*Represent company according to the core values
* Able to work at a rapid pace without losing accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
*Strong problem solving skills, yet comfortable asking for assistance when needed
*Strong computer skills, with the capacity to learn new applications
*Strong commitment to quality
*1-3 years experience in a process environment requiring significant multi-tasking of activities of a precise and systematic nature
*Accounting and Associate degree strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience
*Intermediate computer skills: Basic typing skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8: 00am - 5: 00pm, must be open to working OT
