We are seeking someone with CNC machine operator experience. Ideally someone with Tube laser experience

Must be able to use Calipers and Micrometers and good math skills

Attendance and poor work ethic is not tolerated

We need someone reliable

Responsible for tube laser machine operation including setup, production run and stop. Maintains safe production of quality products. Maintains processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Drug test and steel toes required

Responsibilities

• Operate machine safely

• Organizing metal tube as it comes from the machine

• Monitor machines to ensure that pieces are not stuck inside

• Keep work area clean

• Meet production goals

• Check parts for defects as they are being packed

• Monitor level of material to ensure the machine does not run low

• Use computer to report quantity

• Report issues and defective product

• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

Skills

• Good communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Possess strong mechanical skills

• Understand and follow all safety standards

• Detail-oriented

• 2+ years machine operating

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 20lb consistently

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally

• Must be able stand 10+ hours

• Must be able to see details at a close range

• Must be proficient in English (Bi-Lingual is a plus!)
  

PPE Requirements

• Steel toe shoes

• Safety Glasses – Provided by the company
