We are seeking an experienced CNC Waterjet Operator for a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established industrial manufacturing company in the Villa Rica / Douglasville area.
This is an immediate opening for a dependable candidate with hands-on CNC Waterjet experience who can read blueprints, work accurately, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of CNC Waterjet Operator experience REQUIRED
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
-
Experience cutting raw materials according to prints and specifications
-
Ability to perform secondary machining as specified on blueprints
-
Basic computer skills
-
Ability to use manufacturing software to issue materials, complete routers, and review production information

Strong attention to detail and quality
-
Good communication and teamwork skills

Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Set up and operate CNC Waterjet equipment to cut parts according to blueprints and production schedules
-
Ensure parts meet required dimensions, quality standards, and manufacturing specifications
-
Perform secondary machining and finishing work as required
-
Use appropriate tools and equipment to cut and machine parts of varying complexity

Identify and report incomplete parts, rework needs, material issues, or other production concerns

Enter and review production information using computer and manufacturing software

Handle and move materials as needed

Work closely with the production team to meet quality and production goals

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Perform other production-related duties as assigned
