Client in Easley/Powdersville, SC is searching for qualified candidate to fill a Customer Service Representative position on a temp-to-perm basis. MUST have cash handling experience.
Hours: 8am-5pm (M-F)
Pay: $15.00

This will be a temp-to-perm position, working 40 hours per week from 8am - 5pm, Mon-Fri, with minimal to no overtime.
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to assist in resolving and responding to customer concerns in person and over the phone. Main duties include addressing customer concerns/inquiries; establishing and maintaining customer accounts and records; processing payments, investigate and analyze customer usage utilizing MDM data and/or customer portal, generating service orders for customer service or operations staff; communicating with construction and field crews.
Minimum training and experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to learn and utilize Utility Billing software and other software as needed
Water Utility experience including customer service preferred
