Our Client is hiring seasonal full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives for our office in Lincolnshire, IL. Customer Service Representatives answer inbound calls for customers wanting to buy products from our catalogs or online. If you speak, read, and write English fluently, have a clear speaking voice, and some experience working with customers on the phone or in person, we want to you to apply today!

Requirements:

Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status Fluent (reading, writing, and speaking) in English with clear enunciation/pronunciation

Computer savvy with ability to navigate through websites, multiple screens, and learn new software quickly

Must be able to work weekends and some holidays, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day are exceptions)

Able to work a full-time or part-time schedule Important to know:

Attending all training days in full is mandatory.

Training is generally 2.5 weeks long from Monday Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Must be able to work between the schedule listed: Monday Sunday for an 8 or 4 shift between 8:00am 8:00pm. Two days off during the week, when scheduled to work during weekends.

Work schedules will be issued approximately 1 month in advance

Must be able to work some holidays, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day are exceptions)

Part-Time employees must be able to work at least 16 hours per week and the closing shift between 8 pm and 11 pm
