Job Description

Looking to hire an experienced, self-motivated Call Center Representative with excellent customer service skills.If you are a positive, independent, organized person with great phone skills, this could be the job for you!

  • Completes data entry, verifies data or information using standard verification processes. Processes documents and conduct manual research using searches, databases or other tools to find missing information required for verification

  • Performs clerical, administrative, technical, operational, or manual work

  • Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience

  • Performs duties according to established procedures

Qualifications

  • Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy

  • Duties are clearly defined, and methods and tasks are described in detail

  • Business Knowledge - Demonstrates an understanding of own assigned tasks and an awareness of how own work impacts others; Demonstrates a basic understanding of work group objectives

  • Problem Solving and Decision Making - Uses well-defined procedures to perform routine and straightforward tasks, typically escalating all problems to a supervisor or more experienced colleague;

  • Influence - Demonstrates common courtesy and cooperation toward others; Builds and maintains relationships with others in immediate work group and customer base
