We are seeking qualified Certified Medical Assistants with Front office experience. Min 3 years experience

Medical Assistant Duties
Record medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records.
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.
Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height.
Show patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician.
Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, taking dictation, or completing insurance forms.
Greet and log in patients arriving at the office or clinic.
Schedule appointments for patients.
EKG experience
Manual Blood Pressure
Front Office Duties:
Dependable team player is a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Maintaining a positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
Must have prior experience in a medical office dealing with scheduling, patient check-in/ check-out.
Be able to efficiently use office programs.
Scan in documents into patient charts
Scheduling appointments
Data entry of patient demographic information
Check in/out patients
Making reminder calls
Must be able to alternate between Front Office and Medical Assistant
Shift:
Mon, Tuesday, 8am to 5pm and
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 3pm
No Weekends
Starting Pay: $18.00 based on experience.
