We are seeking qualified Certified Medical Assistants with Front office experience. Min 3 years experience

Medical Assistant Duties

• Record medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records.

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.

• Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height.

• Show patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician.

• Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, taking dictation, or completing insurance forms.

• Greet and log in patients arriving at the office or clinic.

• Schedule appointments for patients.

• EKG experience

• Manual Blood Pressure

Front Office Duties:

• Dependable team player is a must.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintaining a positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.

• Must have prior experience in a medical office dealing with scheduling, patient check-in/ check-out.

• Be able to efficiently use office programs.

• Scan in documents into patient charts

• Scheduling appointments

• Data entry of patient demographic information

• Check in/out patients

• Making reminder calls

Must be able to alternate between Front Office and Medical Assistant

Shift:

Mon, Tuesday, 8am to 5pm and

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 3pm

No Weekends

Starting Pay: $18.00 based on experience.
