We have multiple openings for CONTRACT COORDINATORS - Looking for candidates who are comfortable being is a fast pace Call Center environment handling project type calls and will be available to start ASAP.

Issue a minimum number of contracts per day.

Negotiate and contract wages and schedules with technicians to meet specified margin percentages; ensure contracted labor cost does not exceed quoted labor cost.

Review and log all signed contracts in the Contract Fax Database and upload to Project Database.

Take the initiative to closely work with the Project Management Department and the Technician Department to ensure that all critical and non-critical work orders are contracted and dispatched within specified time limits.

Manage escalations from the Project Dispatch and Project Coordination Teams.

Escalate FSR issues to the FSR Department as needed.

Recognize jeopardy conditions and escalate to Contract Manager and Project Management teams.


2+ years working in a customer service environment supporting technology services.

Prefer 2+ years supporting field service or installation organization.

Excellent communication skills; outstanding phone etiquette, ability to compose sentences using proper grammar, communicate clearly and concisely.

Demonstrated ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with customers, subcontractors and internal departments.

Prefer a technical background in customer premise equipment in telephony, data or networking.

Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Bachelor's Degree in related field of study or equivalent related work experience.

Computer Skills: typing/keyboarding at minimum of 25 WPM, intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel (must be able to compose, edit and format Word documents; must be able to cut, paste, sort, print areas, and create basic formulas in Excel).

Hours: Monday - Friday: Flexible start times between 7:00am - 10:00am, must be open to working OT
