Communicate and collaborate with Hiring Managers to fill all full-time and temporary needs quickly
Develop and execute strategic approaches to attract and engage top industry talent in accordance with company expectations
Update job description content
Utilize, job boards, social media, and creative sourcing techniques to attract and identify over-achieving candidates
Pro-actively build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines
Handle initial screening, additional interview coordination, offer development, and confirming start dates of all candidates and new hires
Coordinate with support departments (Human Resources and IT) to set up new hire profiles prior to their start date
Monitor job offers (including compensation and benefits) to keep in-line with industry standards
Stay abreast of "Best Practices" by participating in educational opportunities (including but not limited to: webinars, reading professional publications, seminars, etc.)
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
Good written and verbal communication
Fast-paced with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Demonstrate extremely organized and detail oriented behaviors
Can-do, positive attitude that is always looking to improve themselves and their environment
