Construction Business in Greenville, SC is in the market for a Customer Account Specialist

Hours:  8am-5pm (Monday – Friday)

Hourly Rate: $29.50

Job Description General

Project support for our client and jobsite’s equipment, tooling, and consumable needs.  Our sites and customer base are construction businesses, contractors, scaffolding, industrial, electrical power welding & rigging industries.

Key Responsiblities / Duties

• Quoting Rentals: Construction equipment and vehicles 

• Quoting Material: Tools, consumables, supplies

• Keying and managing client rentals orders (on/off rents)

• Keying sales orders from warehouses for materials

• Requisitioning equipment, materials & services

• Coordinating deliveries and pickups to and from client sites

• Invoicing rentals, sales, services, freight, and damages

• Regular Internal & external operations reporting 

• Tracking expense & revenue

• Maintaining client & site files

• Attend and participate in internal / external meeting

•  

*Prior exposure to the supply distribution, equipment rental industry, mechanical, contracting or construction services, including knowledge of our product offering (tools and equipment) would be beneficial.

Skills 

*Role requires strong administrative skills and experience otherwise the candidate will have difficulty meeting the day-to-day expectations. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis, report generation and formulating sales quotes/materials/presentations.  

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
