Chase Staffing is currently seeking Customer Experience Professionals for a reputable company in the Conyers, GA area. This is a full-time, 1st shift position offering competitive pay and a great opportunity to grow within a manufacturing environment.
As a Customer Experience Professional, you’ll play a key role in managing customer communications, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Maintain organized electronic and physical customer records
Process orders, returns, and changes in line with company policies
Coordinate with production and vendors to meet customer needs
Assist Sales with quotes, forecasts, and part number setup
Generate shipping documents, invoices, and inventory reports
Conduct regular customer outreach to build strong relationships
Collaborate with the credit department on billing issues
Promote a respectful, safety-focused work environment
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or 2+ years of experience in a customer service or manufacturing setting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge preferred)
Experience with Great Plains software is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
