POSITION: Customer Service Representative
PAY RATE: $16.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This is a fully in office position in the Lithia Springs Fulton Industrial area
We are looking for someone that would like to grow internally with the company

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional, timely, and accurate assistance. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, processing orders, coordinating shipments, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Accurately enter and process customer orders
Schedule shipments and coordinate delivery timelines
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
Assist customers with product inquiries, shipping questions, and pricing corrections
Investigate and correct order, shipping, or billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience from a manufacturing or distribution office setting (Not fast food, call center, medical, or retail)
Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn company systems
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Equipment
