Specialty Hardware company in Greenville, SC has an immediate opening for Customer Service Representative

Hours: 8am-5pm (M-F)

Pay: $19.00

 

Job Description is Listed Below:

• Walk-in customer order placement, advisal and fulfillment

• Inbound phone calls via shared que from existing and new customers

• Email inbound/outbound

• Showroom maintenance

 

Requests:

• Experience in construction, remodeling, hardware or similar a plus.

• Microsoft Suite experience 2+ years

• SAP/AS400 experience a plus

• Computer typing 30 WPM

• Casual business attire and appearance
