Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing/Distribution
Location: Carrollton, GA
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience providing customer support in a manufacturing or distribution environment, with strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary support to internal departments and external customers.
Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery details.
Manage a consistent flow of phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt, professional assistance.
Assist with scheduling appointments, processing special orders, and coordinating product pick-ups or deliveries.
Collaborate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support long-term business success.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution company required.
Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel; ERP/order entry experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 per hour
Additional requirements
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Must have reliable transportation to and from work and a valid driver’s license
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Other office duties as needed
