Chase Staffing is looking for a Dispatcher on 2nd shift!

Job Title: Dispatcher – 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $21/hour + shift differential
Schedule: 2nd Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Dispatcher to join our team on 2nd shift. This role involves coordinating workflow, reading detailed prints, and ensuring smooth operations across the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret detailed prints and work orders

• Use tape measures accurately for layout and verification

• Operate overhead cranes, jib hoists, and forklifts safely

• Dispatch materials and tasks according to shop standards

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely task completion

• Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and tracking

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or dispatch role preferred

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements

• Skilled in operating material handling equipment (crane, hoist, forklift)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, scheduling tools)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a shop environment
