CHASE Professionals is seeking a reliable, punctual, attentive individual with a good background in customer service. Candidate will be communicating back and forth with Drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential and commercial business. Candidate will handle incoming service orders, direct drivers, and resolve service issues. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and willing to be cross trained in multiple areas. Dispatching is the essential job duty for this position and the rest of the time is taking care of various office tasks as requested by management.
Dispatching drivers to specified locations
Utilizing a two-way radio and telephone systems to dispatch daily.
Assisting with route assignments
Troubleshooting any potential service call issues
Assisting in billing/ some basic Accounting Skills
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Multi-task while keeping a calm demeanor
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in windows-based computer and computer systems.
Other duties will consist of posting payments.
Salary: $12/HR (may be flexible DOE)
Hours: 8: 30am-5: 30pm
Monday to Friday
