Company in Duncan, SC seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician
Hours: 7am-3: 30pm
Pay $23/$27 per hour D.O.E.
The technician will be working on electrical maintenance on automated machines in the paper converting industry. This person will be responsible for preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on machinery. Mechanical and robotic experience is a plus. Technicians will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues (Electrical, PLC, and related automation components).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of production/manufacturing and nonstop troubleshooting/problem-solving. Willing and able to work up to 12 hours per day.
Experience with automation in a production environment: hands-on troubleshooting, program modification/improvement, and repair experience with high levels of automation, including complex electrical diagrams, PLC ladder logic, various types of sensors and related automation devices.
SIEMENS PLC (S7-200/300/400; Step 7 software)
AB PLC (ControlLogix)
Servo drives and motors (AB, Control Techniques, SIEMENS, Bosh)
AC/DC Drives and motors
Drug screen, background check, valid driver' s license and reliable transportation are required.
