Job Description
Seeking an experienced Process Engineer Tech, specifically with injection molding to work on 3rd shift in a manufacturing company located in Marietta. An ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, thrives in managing multiple projects simultaneously and has great attention to detail. Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
-Works closely with all production, automation, and product engineers.
-Ensure operating policy is implemented with respect to supplying material and related activities.
-Performs general tool shop functions as required.
-Setting molds and starting presses with the established process.
-Provides measurement and analysis of parts.
-Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO 9001:2015
-Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
-Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
-Ensure the promotion of customer focus
-Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained
Candidates that are interested must meet the following:
-Minimum 1 year of Injection Molding Processes Experience
-Familiarity with Secondary Processes, EOA, Automation, and Gauge Fixturing
-Capable of lifting 50 Lbs. frequently
-Operate a forklift
-Ability to perform mathematical computations accurately as well as the ability to identify and correct errors
-Proficiency in ERP software, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
