Electrical and Instrument equipment maintenance work including but not limited to: Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance ensuring the optimal functionality of critical systems. Responsibilities include all aspects of installations, changes, upgrades, and repairs of electrical/instrument components. Ensure the implementation of preventative maintenance aligns with established schedules and adheres to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) guidelines. Additionally, maintain thorough records of equipment status and maintenance activities to support the efficient and reliable operation of solar panel manufacturing processes. Help in the development of standard SOP’s and LOTO (lock out tag out).
Must Have
Conduct day-to-day/ routine preventative maintenance tasks to:
• Electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency power systems.
• Instrumentation systems, covering utility process instruments, measurement devices for control, and monitoring systems for utility facilities.
• Utility Facility electrical and instrumentation, such as process water systems (UPW, PCW, CHW, CW), compressed air (CDA), exhaust blowers, HVAC systems, and gas chemical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on-site and execute routine tasks to maintain equipment efficiency.
• Ensure and Maintain cleanliness of electrical equipment and instrumentation components.
• Disassemble electrical and instrumentation equipment, removing parts for replacement or repair using chain falls, hand tools, and jacks.
• Examine and address broken electrical and instrumentation parts, identifying defective components or providing repair recommendations to supervisors.
• Replace, fix, or realign electrical and instrumentation parts and accessories in line with production specifications.
• Reassemble electrical and instrumentation parts after completing maintenance and repair work.
• Put Electrical parts together after accomplishing maintenance and repair work
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and proactively address them, ensuring clear communication with the diverse language skills within the team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Educational Background: Electrical/Electronic engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Electrical/Instrumentation systems and utilities within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record in identifying and solving complex Electrical and Instrumentation issues efficiently.
