1st shift either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm are available (depending on candidate's choice)

$18-$25 per hour depending on level of experience

Must have BlueBeam, Shear97, or CAD experience.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and/or construction documents

2. Communicate with architects, engineers and contractors

3. Accurately complete projects within tight deadlines

4. Work independently and adapt to late additions

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training

2. Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required

3. Knowledge of Shear97 software

4. CAD experience required

5. Self-motivated and organizational skills a must
