Local manufacturer in Greenville, SC is looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant!
Hours are Monday - Friday 8: 30am - 5: 30pm
This is a direct hire position and the salary will be $40, 000 - $45, 000 depending on experience.

Essential Job Duties:
Accounts Receivable including customer invoicing, maintaining customer files and processing payments
Accounts Payable including processing vendor invoices, issuing payments and resolving discrepancies
Monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare bi-weekly payroll, Annual W-2' s and 1099' s
Cash balance reports
Oversee safety, health and insurance reporting to a variety of customer databases
Organize OSHA and site specific training, background screenings and drug testing for multiple customer sites
Executive assistant to company president
Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of company employees, vendors, customers, bankers, CPA' s, etc.
Ability to quickly assess and prioritize situations under stress.

REQUIREMENTS:
BACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED!
Must be proficient with QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience with health and safety reporting particularly to systems such as ISNetworld and Avetta would be helpful.
Prior small business accounting experience
Non-smoking environment
