Customer Service Representative
Client in Simpsonville area has a immediate need for an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquires and be a resource for technical questions as it relates to product. This position will also be responsible for all areas of order processing including invoicing via internal/external software programs and processing customer quotes & orders in a timely manner. Must be able to stay calm in a high pace work environment and knowledge of all Microsoft Office products. Minimum 2 years experience in an " Industrial" customer service setting is required.The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and data entry skills.
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay is $13/$15 D.O.E.
Drug screen and background check required.
