Location: In-Office Position | Douglasville GA LITHIA SPRINGS AREA
Pay: Based on Experience + Quarterly Bonus Potential
$27-$30 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a background in a distribution or manufacturing environment. This is a minimum requirement for consideration.Someone with bulding materials, pipes, fittings, plastics or similar background
What We're Looking For:
?? 2-5+ years of recent Inside Sales experience
?? Experience working for a distribution or manufacturing company in the office in an inside sales position
?? Exceptional customer service skills
?? Strong Excel and computer skills
?? Professionalism and a strong sense of urgency
?? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
? Highly Preferred:
• Building materials or plumbing products knowledge
• ERP system experience (SAP, NetSuite, Epicor)
• Mechanical aptitude or technical background
?? Responsibilities Include:
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Processing quotes and sales orders
• Providing product information and support
• Collaborating with purchasing, warehouse, and outside sales teams
• Identifying upselling opportunities
• Managing customer concerns, returns, and warranty issues
• Assisting with sales forecasting and inventory planning
?? Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• Background Check Required
• Drug Test Required
