Inside Sales & Account Representative Metal Company in Traveler s Rest

Hours: 8:30am-5pm or 8am-4:30pm (M-F)

Pay Range: $23.00/$26.00 (Depends on Experience)

The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage open order flow

• Expedite and facilitate special delivery requirements

• Review contracts

• Provide samples and technical assistance

• Maintain customer contact database

• Manage quote process

• Prepare and submit formal quotation directly to the customer

• Maintain quote log (pipe drive)

• Work with the Team to support and develop assigned customers by seeking new sales opportunities within the account.

• Assist with preparation and presentation, as needed, of account

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements; Education, Training, Experience & Skills:

• High school degree or equivalent, some college & technical training or experience

• 3 years of customer service, sales, and experience working with suppliers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer skills: MS Suite, SalesForce
