This is an in office position. This is not a remote or hybrid position
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$22 per hour depending on experience
If you do not have the above and below experience, we will not be able to submit for the position. If your recent experience is from call center, medical, retail, or fast food we will not be able to submit the candidate for the position.
Seeking and energetic, motivated, individual that provides excellent Customer Service
The Customer Service and Sales Support Representative will assist sales and customers with product availability, ordering, and shipping the large selection of products
*Must have 2-4 years of recent stable experience in related field
*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is proficient in multi-tasking between phone calls, e-mails, and various online sites for vendors, carriers, and customers.
Must be able to work well as a team and independently as needed
Background and drug test required
Minimum Qualifications:
Use of the MS Office suite
Ability to type 60 WPM and competent with 10 key numpad
Professional written and verbal communication skills required
Must be able to multi-task with phones and order processing
Filing paperwork and keeping workspace clean/organized
Must have ERP experience (SAGE preferred)
Experience with Logistics is preferred
Experience with TMS is highly preferred
Associate's degree or higher is preferred but not required
Must be able to lift up to 25-30 lbs. as needed
Responsibilities
Assist sales people with product availability – obtaining/relaying current product and shipping costs
Process orders for in and out of stock items for multiple warehouses
Calculate and schedule the best and most cost-effective shipping method per order
Work with carriers to track shipments and file claims as needed
Other office duties as needed to complete role
