Your responsibilities as an Inside Sales Representative include:

Contact customers to renew expiring service agreements

Work with customers to add new units under a service agreement

Promote and advance our newest remote services software for our units

Provide support to field associates for service agreements, remote service software upgrades, and other areas

Provide our customers with an outstanding customer experience by addressing questions and concerns and showing value for all service products.

Your Education and Background Experience will include:

Bachelor s degree (preferred)

Minimum of 1-year sales and/or new business development prospecting experience

Selling technical or industrial products preferred

Problem-solving competence with explaining technical solutions and applications

Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com), data integrity, and MS office applications

Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
