  • Process all transfer documents daily based on shipments/manifests from overseas suppliers which include purchase order receipts, intercompany transfers, and coordinate distribution of documents to each DC
  • Process all air freight shipment manifests, transfer documentation including purchase order receipts, intercompany transfers, and coordinate invoicing with Customer Service and Accounting
  • Maintain and update the container delivery schedule weekly provided by logistics to all DCs
  • Process Direct Shipments from shipping manifests and receiving/invoicing customers
  • Monitor RMAs daily for west coast and Europe orders
  • Maintain and update RMA tracking metric for all locations for shipping accuracy
  • Assist with maintaining and updating inventory SKUs regarding weights, cube, carton quantity, etc.
  • Assist with updating costs
  • Determine and evaluate fill rates for On-Time Shipping metrics daily based on pick ticket aging and on-time tracking reports. Requires immediate contact with DCs to determine reasons for late shipments
  • Assist with improving the policies and procedures of the department
  • Act as a liaison between the Warehouses and Special Projects departments in an effort to investigate inventory discrepancies
  • Monitor and prioritize Special Projects for offsite warehouses
  • Frequent communication with offsite warehouses regarding inbound shipments and inventory discrepancies to resolve in a timely manner
  • Assist with the coordination of year end physical inventory process for all locations
  • Coordinate with Quality dept. To determine final disposition of inventory. Need to be able to determine reason for QC inventory and what actions should be taken (inspections, rework, disposal, etc.) and implement schedule for completion
  • Coordinate with Sales departments to review dead/excess inventory and what actions to take to reduce inventory levels
  • Logistics duties as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • 2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in Inventory
  • Experience with inventory software
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must pass Background check and drug test.
