?? URGENTLY HIRING – METAL MANUFACTURING “KNOCK OUT” ASSOCIATES ??
Location: Lithia Springs / Fulton Industrial / Austell, GA
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory Fridays and additional overtime as needed
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable laborers to join our metal manufacturing team. This role requires physical strength, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for knocking out steel parts from metal sheets using mallets and other tools.
Responsibilities

Read and follow work instructions and established procedures

Collect materials and equipment needed for production

Use mallets and tools to knock out parts from metal sheets
-
Track production quantities and time
-
Maintain equipment and keep work area clean
-
Identify and report defective parts or issues
Requirements
-
Ability to stand for 10+ hours
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
-
Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse

Good attention to detail and close-range vision
-
Reliable transportation (multiple work locations in the area)

Strong attendance and dependable work ethic

Team player with a positive attitude

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Skills

Understanding of basic quality control principles

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
PPE Requirements

Steel-toe boots required
-
Safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection provided by company
Additional Requirements
