We are seeking a RELIABLE STEEL labor associate to start YESTERDAY (THESE ARE URGENT AND LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT WANTS A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION) Must be able to speak Spanish fluently

There is advancement opportunities to become machine operators or other positions if the person has good work ethic and good attendance

This is a temp to hire position

We are looking for a motivated and dependable laborer to join our client’s team! You will need physical strength, good hand-eye coordination, and endurance. They is some growth opportunity for someone.

You will be using a mallet to beat on metal to knock the parts out of a big sheet of metal

You will review for defects and document any damages.

You will put satisfactory parts in the proper area

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Must have good attendance and good work ethic

Drug test will be required

Must have 1.5-2+ years in a production/manufacturing environment

$16 per hour

Hours: Monday – Thursday 6AM-430PM

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures

• Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process

• Use various tools to knock cut parts from metal sheet

• Keep records of production quantities and time

• Maintain equipment in good condition

• Report on issues and defective parts

Skills

• Good understanding of quality control principles

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition

Requirements

• Able to stand 10+ hours

• Able to work in a warehouse that is not temperature controlled

• Able to lift +/- 50 lbs.

• Must be able to see details at close range

• Bilingual or Spanish speaking is a plus!

PPE Requirements

• Safety Glasses – Provided by the company

• Work gloves – Provided by the company

• Hearing Protection –Provided by the company

• Steel toe safety shoes
