Job Description
Seeking a 3rd shift Production Shift Lead to work for a injection molding manufacturing company located in Marietta. Seeking candidates that enjoy working in a fast paced environment, coordinating work flow and communicating with team members. You will train on day shift prior to moving to nights. Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Direct Production Operators
-Supervise production operations on shift to safely manufacture quality parts to the production schedule
-Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO 9001:2015
-Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
-Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
-Ensure the promotion of customer focus
Candidates interested must meet the following:
-1 year of experience in injection molding manufacturing.
-High School Diploma or GED
-Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
-Capable of lifting 50 Lbs
-Operate a forklift
-Submit to Drug Screen and Background check
-Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
