Job Description
Stamping Press Operator
Location: Monroe, WI
Shifts Available:
-
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
-
3rd Shift (Annealing): Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rates:
-
1st Shift: $19.00/hour
-
2nd & 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Operate stamping press machines to load and unload metal coils through progressive dies.
-
Align parts properly in dies or fixtures for accurate stamping.
-
Band coils at the end of production runs.

Complete production paperwork accurately, including job cards and tally sheets.

Remove metal scrap from dies, press bed, and surrounding area.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Ensure all parts meet quality specifications as outlined in operator instructions.
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to read and follow detailed work and packing instructions.

Familiarity with ERP systems for data entry and document retrieval.

Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
