MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL MECHANIC
Job Description
Chase Staffing is NOW HIRING for a Maintenance Mechanic $25-34/hr!!
Candidate must have previous Maintenance experience with strong electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, and light plumbing experience.

Complete Preventative Maintenance tasks of plant equipment/machinery

Complete installation, improvement and modifications of plant equipment/machinery

Identify and repair breakdowns on electrical motors, transformers and other electromechanical components

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and their components with adequate hand tools. Including capacity of understanding blueprints.

Good knowledge of heavy machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems. PLC knowledge is a plus.

Basic Computer programming skills

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, tanks, heaters, HVAC units, boilers, ventilation systems, and facility infrastructure.

Proactively identify, source, and procure necessary tools, parts, and equipment to ensure timely and effective repair and maintenance of machinery and facility systems.

Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including motors, controls, wiring, and heaters.

Troubleshoot, rebuild, and install chemical pumps, valves, and related plumbing.

Maintain and support the operation of the wastewater treatment system, including pH adjustments, process testing, and calibration of sensors/instruments.

Ensure proper ventilation and fume extraction systems are functional and maintained.

Assist with tank cleaning, emptying, and refilling procedures on both production lines.

Use Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow all safety protocols during maintenance activities.
