Chase Staffing is NOW HIRING for Manufacturing/Production Associates in Rocky Mount, VA

PAY RATE INCREASE!! $17.00/Hour - 1st shift positions.

• Frame-Up Building the foundation from lumber materials on top of the Chassis and putting in the base water lines/electrical lines.

• Lino/Decking Fastening OSB boards to the foundation. Laying and cutting out flooring, if applicable

• Plumbing Installing plumbing (toilets, bathtubs, showers, sinks, hot water heater, etc.)

• Interior Wall Dock Framing and paneling interior walls.

• Sidewalls Framing, insulating and paneling exterior walls.

• Back Panel/Cab Set Putting in wall panels on the interior. Installing and placing cabinets throughout according to blue prints.

• Electrical Installing electrical wiring, receptacles, switches and lights throughout.

• Metal One (Low) Fastening OSB sheeting or Foam Backer Board to the exterior of the building. Installing windows and doors to the exterior of the building.

• Metal One (High) Blowing loose insulation into the ceiling and covering with OSB.

• Siding Installing vinyl siding to the exterior of the building.

• Shingles Fastening shingles to the roof.

• Paint & Drywall - Using painting materials to paint the interior, and exterior if applicable. If drywall is used, mudding and sanding.

• Trim (Molding) Installing trim and molding throughout a building (windows and door trim as well).

• Door Hanging Installing all interior doors throughout. Will install interior beams as well, if applicable.

• Cabinet Shop - Building the overhead and base cabinets for the building. Laying and gluing Formica as the countertops.

• Carpet Installing carpet in rooms based upon blue prints.

• Shelves Installing wire shelves throughout.

• Backsplash Cutting and installing backsplash according to blue prints.

• Final Finish - Detail cleaning and ensuring all finishing touches are completed throughout (light fixtures, appliances installed, light covers placed, nail holes covered with putty, etc.).

• Button Up - Prepping the product to ship by loading appliances, materials required onsite to complete setup and wrapping open halves with plastic, as applicable.

• RTS Ensuring the building is finished, clean and secured for shipment. This will include repair work or touch ups to trim, paint, appliances, etc.
