We are hiring Machine Operator for all shifts in Duncan, SC.

Machine Operator Paper Towel and Bathroom Tissue Converting - Prefer large hands due to heavy lifting - $18.00 and up:

They must have longevity, DL, experience, and appropriate interview attire, This is a family-owned business that adheres to all the policies that we have in place.???

For the Machine Operators they will train Monday - Friday 6 am -2:30 pm until February/March 2023 before they go to the shifts they were hired for:

All shifts are 4 days on & 3 days off, then 3 days on & 4 days off (48/36)

Shift A

Monday - Thursday 6 am - 6 pm / Monday - Wednesday 6 am - 6 pm

Shift B - with a $3.00 shift differential pay

Monday - Thursday 6 pm - 6 am / Monday - Wednesday 6 pm - 6 am

Shift C - with a $2.00 shift differential pay

Thursday - Sunday 6 am-6 pm / Friday - Sunday 6 am-6 pm

Shift D - with a $5.00 shift differential pay

Thursday - Sunday 6 pm-6 am / Friday-Sunday 6 pm-6 am

Duties and Responsibilities

Loading and unloading rolls of paper using overhead crane

Equipment operation

Learn and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Gain extensive knowledge of the entire production line

Troubleshoot machines, both simple and complex issues, and maintain optimal production efficiency

Perform routine quality checks

Able to identify problems using HMI interface control panel

Assist in other areas of the line requiring attention when necessary

Must maintain area clean and organized at all times.

MUST be able to lift 50-75lbs overhead

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED equivalent - Mechanically inclined

• Solid character and core values - Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Must pay attention to detail - Must be alert and aware of surroundings at all times

• Must react quickly and responsibly

• Committed to values and possess the highest standards of ethical behavior

• Willing to learn new skills and follow directions

• Able to work 8 or 12 hour shifts

• Must pass drug test and background check and have a valid Driver's License
