Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to laminate, expose, or develop an image onto circuit boards
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All equipment, tools and work space in the Imaging Department should be cleaned, maintained, and used properly
Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment is performed regularly
Follow Work Order/Job/Rout Sheets and posted procedures
Has responsibility for operation of laminating machines, exposing units and developers
Able to apply photo imageable resist to a copper panel, expose dry film primary image or LPO coated image
Able to work on inkjet machine
Create photo tools for the printing of circuit boards
Copying and developing films to be used
Hand Lay-up artwork into multi-layer array panel before exposing film
Verifying films for accuracy
Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, and other machines is necessary
Comfortable operating with/around chemicals; Safety is priority around chemicals
Able to read and speak English
Performs other duties as necessary or as requested by production management
Must attend work in a timely manner (on schedule); when unable to work on time, must call
Attendance Line and supervisor/manager
Working extended hours when required
Use equipment safely
QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma is required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt, and chemicals
