We are looking for a Maintenance Technician
$28 -$30.00 per hour

Mechanical Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance and troubleshooting functions that will include, but not limited to, production, modification, installation, testing, calibration, maintenance and repair of parts, sub-assemblies or equipment. Works directly with engineers and production management team, as needed.
Experience with mechanical, electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and utility utilization, preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
Industrial electronics and control logic.
Analog/Digital process meters, panel gauges, wiring and programming.
Single phase and 3-phase, heater wiring with temperature control logic experience.
Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering diagrams, sketches and plans necessary to identify and define work assignments, standards, tools, material and equipment.
Conducts and documents tests or calibrations on systems and equipment to determine compliance, reliability and to identify potential problem areas.
Troubleshoots equipment, instrumentation, manufacturing processes, technical problems and procedures.
Assists in maintaining up-to-date documentation, manuals and drawings.
Completes shop records and uses reporting system following established procedures as required for effective performance of the job or operation of the department
Assists in validation of new equipment, as needed.
Maintains a safe work environment.
Performs as a member of a team to design, fabricate, assemble, operate and test systems and equipment to insure quality and reliability.
Able to express basic electronic, mechanical and hydraulic principles used in electrical and mechanical maintenance technician work assignments
Able to express intelligently core hydraulic and electrical principles
Experience in PLC and test equipment repair procedures
Excellent verbal/written communication, and customer service skills
Highly disciplined, problem-solver, logical thinking, troubleshooting team player with a strong work ethic
Able to lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High School Diploma
Associates degree in Technology preferred
Able to complete a drug screen and criminal background check successfully.
