Job Description
An established Food Manufacturing company in Iowa is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their facility. Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.
Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of coworkers in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment. This position will lead, direct, and mentor all maintenance technicians. They will hire, train, supervise, review and discipline employees in the maintenance department. The Supervisor will also ensure that all work ordered is completed on time and according to quality standards and that spending on supplies used to complete maintenance remains within budgetary constraints.
