We are NOW HIRING for a Maintenance Technician on 1st Shift $20.62/Hour!
Inspect, repair, replace, install and maintain all mechanical and/or electrical related equipment as well as the plant facilities in a major production unit or a specific assigned area.
1. Adjust, and test all mechanical and/or electrical related equipment throughout the plant.
2. Operate mobile equipment and cranes.
3. Welding as required.
4. Operate equipment/machines on which they have been trained to cut, bend, and punch parts when needed to
perform assigned tasks.
5. Maintain and record all maintenance data both manually and via computer.
All candidates must also be able to operate Mobile Cranes, Overhead Cranes and numerous types of machinery such as, Various powered and hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, power saws, chain falls, precision hand tools, woodworking, masonry and carpentry tools. Burning and welding equipment, banding equipment, grinders, pipe bending and threading machines, lubricating equipment, measuring devices, brooms, shovels, scaffolds, and ladders. Computers, blueprints, logbooks, specifications, and work orders
This job requires the ability/certification to operate all mobile equipment, and A craft rated in either mechanical or electrical maintenance.
You must be at least C craft rated in the opposite primary craft or certified as either a Hydraulic specialist or an Electronic technician.
You must also be certified as a welder in the (1G) flat position.
