Pay is depending on experience

MACHINE OPERATORS NEEDED FOR 2nd and 3rd shift (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS OR SIMILAR FIELD)

These are heavy industrial positions

Manual Lathe and Cylindrical Grinding is preferred for a Printing or Packaging company

Steel toed boots or steel toed shoes are required

Must be able to stand for shift and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Must be able to bend and stoop as needed

*MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS OF RECENT MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE WITH MANUAL MACHINES

*Must have stable employment history or we cannot submit resume to client

*2nd and 3rd shift positions must be able to train on 1st shift 1st shift 7am-3pm, 2nd shift 3pm-11pm 3rd shift 11pm-7am

$20 per hour (If someone has extensive experience in this field company may be a little flexible with rate)

Seeking Engine Lathe Operations and Cylindrical Grinding

Essential Functions

• Operate production, grinders, lathes, and Plasma equipment to meet daily production goals and specifications.

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment; report any machine operational problems to supervisor.

• Practice good housekeeping in assigned area and properly dispose of waste according to safety and environmental policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the lead person or supervisor.

Education/Experience/Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience with manual Lathes and Grinders

• Blueprint reading/Measuring-Inspection Equipment (I.E Micrometers)

• Required to work overtime as necessary.

BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED

Must have Integrity and good work ethic

Cannot have attendance issues

Must be able to transport self to and from work and a valid driver's license for this position as they have more than one location locally and they are NOT on public transit  

Must have experience with the following :

Micrometers

Air Nailers

May have to bust open crates when needed

May have to assist with shipping/receiving when needed (forklift)

Spray operating experience a plus for 3rd shift
