Process Technician Fairburn GA 2nd shift M-TH or Weekend shift FSS 4a-4p Temp to hire
Global Tech company looking experienced process techs to conduct Time studies, find
Process improvements and who will:
Collect, and analyze data using spreadsheets,or other applicable tools to drive process,
and line balancing improvements
*Review existing lines, and tooling for possible improvements
* Develop line Preventative Maintenance Checklists for operators, team leads, tooling, and
for maintenance.
* Work with Technical, and Operations to validate the proposed process changes, and
ensure documentation is updated and correct to reflect the changes when approved
* Train Operators, and Management on the changes
* Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
* Audit production areas for compliance to 5S, and to ensure that the processes are being
followed
* Audit tooling to ensure that it is operational, and in good working condition
* Set-up production lines to run run first articles, collect the data, and report out on
manufacturing issues
* Create PFM (Process Flow Map) for FA(First Article) and NPI products
* Create DFM (Design for Manufacturability ) report and communicate to customer for
improvement of new products

Minimum requirements:
Two year technical associate degree or equivalent technical experience
Must pass Background check, drug screen and have COVID VACCINE.
