Chase Staffing is hiring for a Member Services Executive in the Atlanta, GA area.
***This position is a temp to hire position and will be fully in office. Start date is set for November 11th. The training hours are Monday - Friday 9:00a to 6:00pm, afterwards the shift will be from 10:00am to 7:00pm.***
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Handle inbound phone and email inquiries related to account setup, system navigation, test kit status, and program information.
• Provide technical assistance with multi-factor authentication, online account setup, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Make outbound calls to assist members with program enrollment and follow-up on test kit returns.
• Make outbound calls to enroll members in programs and respond to IT related queries..
• Complete system documentation to ensure that member records are complete and accurate.
• Document member interactions and ensure records are updated and accurate within internal systems.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure members receive appropriate clinical support based on program guidelines.
What we are looking for…
• Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, ideally within a call center environment and/or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• High comfort level with technology, particularly Google tools, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Experience with Amazon Connect and Salesforce is a plus.
• IT Support Experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist members in resolving technical or system-related challenges.
• A natural ability to demonstrate empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
